Publication Policy
The International Journal of Innovative Science and Technology Studies (IJISTS) welcomes the submission of original and high-quality manuscripts, including original research articles, review articles, and case studies that fall within the journal’s aims and scope.
Manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Word format and prepared in accordance with the journal’s author guidelines. To preserve the integrity of the double-blind peer-review process, manuscripts must not include the authors’ names, affiliations, or identifying information. Author biographies, institutional affiliations, and complete contact details must be entered separately in the submission system.
All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial assessment to determine their relevance, originality, academic quality, and compliance with the journal’s requirements. Manuscripts that successfully pass the initial assessment are evaluated through a double-blind peer-review process by independent experts in the relevant field.
Editorial decisions are based solely on the manuscript’s originality, methodological quality, academic contribution, relevance, and the reviewers’ recommendations. Payment of publication fees does not influence the peer-review process or the final editorial decision.
Article Processing Charge (APC)
IJISTS charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) of US$250. The APC is payable only after the manuscript has successfully completed the peer-review process and received formal acceptance for publication.
IJISTS does not charge submission or peer-review fees. Limited promotional discounts and full or partial fee waivers may be available to eligible authors. The applicable fee will be clearly communicated to the corresponding author before payment.
The APC supports editorial administration, plagiarism screening, manuscript preparation, online publication, digital preservation, and the permanent open-access availability of published articles.
Authors who have previously published in IJISTS may submit another manuscript after two consecutive issues have been published. This policy is intended to promote diversity in authorship and provide equitable publication opportunities for researchers from different institutions and countries.
