Open Access Policy

The International Journal of Innovative Science and Technology Studies (IJISTS) is committed to the principles of open-access scholarly publishing. All articles published by the journal are freely and permanently available online immediately upon publication, without subscription fees, access charges, or embargo periods.

IJISTS applies the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0) to its published content. Under this license, users may read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, link to, share, and adapt published articles for any lawful purpose, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and the source of publication.

Authors retain the copyright to their work while granting IJISTS the right of first publication and the non-exclusive right to publish, preserve, and distribute the article.

Article Processing Charge (APC)

IJISTS charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) of US$250. This fee is requested only after the manuscript has successfully completed the peer-review process and received formal acceptance for publication. No submission or peer-review fees are charged, and payment does not influence editorial decisions or the integrity of the peer-review process. Limited promotional discounts and fee waivers may be available to eligible authors.

The APC supports editorial administration, plagiarism screening, manuscript preparation, online publication, digital preservation, and the permanent open-access availability of published articles.

This policy is consistent with the principles of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) and supports the unrestricted exchange of scholarly knowledge, increased research visibility, and international collaboration.

IJISTS has operated as an open-access journal since its establishment, and this policy applies to all current and future publications.
